What material and hardness can be specified?

This page is for a custom silicone version; the photographed market references are sold as TPR. Silicone grade and Shore hardness must therefore be confirmed against YueHou's material sheet and an approved sample before production.
Which lengths, head styles and colors can we customize?

Reference styles include oval, flower, star, single-hole and double-hole heads, with source lengths from 120 to 260 mm. Final dimensions, head geometry and color range are quoted only after YueHou reviews your drawing or physical sample.
How does the double-hole self-locking head work?

The tapered tip passes through either head opening, while the beaded body provides a series of loop positions. The exact hole diameter and threading force should be checked on your approval sample.
How many times can each tie be opened and relocked?

The photographed structures are designed to be opened and threaded again, but cycle life depends on the selected compound, bead geometry and wall thickness. Set the target cycle count in the RFQ so it can be checked on samples.
What temperature range can the ties withstand?

No universal temperature figure is stated on this page. The continuous and short-term limits must come from the selected silicone grade's data sheet and be confirmed for the intended load and environment.
Can a compliance grade be requested?

What is the MOQ, and can we order samples first?

MOQ, tooling cost, sample quantity and lead time depend on the final length, head geometry, compound and color plan. Ask for a quotation after submitting the target drawing or a physical sample.
What should be checked on the approval sample?

Check head-hole size, threading force, loop retention, bead flash, surface finish, color and the fit around your actual bundle. These approval criteria should be agreed before mass production.
