Conductive Ink is an ink with conductive properties, mainly composed of conductive particles, solvents, binders, and other additives. It is applied to the surface of the substrate through printing technology. During the drying process, the solvent evaporates, establishing conductive connections between the conductive particles and firmly bonded to the substrate. In this way, Conductive Ink can exert its conductive function.

High-temperature resistant silicone Specialized high-temperature resistant silicone can withstand temperatures up to 350°C. It is used in heating elements, microwave ovens, electric irons, and high-temperature furnaces.

Foam silicone They were widely used as a high-quality material for filling silicone breast pads, shoulder pads, silicone foam sealing strips, and shock-resistant silicone foam boards.
Anti-static silicone Anti-static silicone has excellent anti-static properties, with surface resistivity ranging from 10^3 to 10^11 ohms. It exhibits excellent resistance to high and low temperatures (usable in the range of -40 °C to 200°C), is resistant to oxidation and degradation in ozone and radiation environments, and demonstrates good chemical stability. It also possesses excellent hydrophobicity, moisture resistance, shock resistance, and physiological inertness.
Flame-retardant silicone Flame-retardant silicone has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, electrical insulation, flame retardancy, and aging resistance. It finds wide applications in the wire and cable industry, such as wires and cables that require high-temperature resistance, high insulation properties, and coating materials for nuclear device wires and cables, all made of silicone material.

Medical-grade silicone It is a fast-curing medical-grade liquid silicone with a range of 20 to 80 degrees hardness. It is highly suitable for medical technology and products in contact with food and pharmaceutical industries.

After you confirm our Proforma Invoice, we request that you pay T/T. Paypal and Western Union are the most common ways we are using.
First, we discuss order details and production details by email or TM. Then, we issue you a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. You will be requested to make a prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get your payment, we start to process the order. We usually need 25-35 days for large orders if we don’t have the items in stock. During the production, we will contact you for shipment details, ?or the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
Samples with custom color and printing take about 7 days. Lead time for a confirmed order is around 30-35 days.
We typically offer a replacement for any defective items. In some cases, we may issue a credit to the customer or include replacements in their next shipment.
We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into the next step of the production procedure.
